Between May and November there are speedboats running daily between Koh Lipe and Pak Bara
During the summer months when the island is quiet, Koh Lipe is a great place to bring a group of people together and hold a retreat. We are not a hard core de-tox centre or wellness spa. But we are a healthy destination, a place to find a bit of peace and quiet, and to spend time getting in touch with yourself. Our facilities are simple: a beautiful island with an idyllic beach, good food and very few distractions. Its the right environment to relax, unwind and focus on doing what you want.

BLESS The Beach - Koh Lipe
BLESS BANGKOK are leaving the big city behind! This year for the Thai Mother's day long weekend holiday BLESS are putting together a networking event and party on Koh Lipe. They are bringing down several DJs for the four days and we will be hosting the chill out party at Castaway. They'll be plenty to do and chances to mingle on one of the many trips, banquets and events that BLESS are organising all around the island. For more details please contact us.
Great Koh Lipe Challenge
If after a night out your idea of dispelling a hangover is to put on your running shoes and hit the tracks then this event is for you! Building on our Koh Lipe Challenge events, in 2010 we are going for gold and organising 'The Great Koh Lipe Challenge'. With teams coming from Beijing, Bangkok, Hong Kong, KL, Singapore and even Seattle its going to be a fun four days. Events include island running, swimming and kayaking. But its not all sport with a few surprise tasks like catching a chicken thrown in too. If you'd like to compete please contact us.
Kinds Of Events You Can Hold On Koh Lipe
What kinds of retreat could be held here at Castaway Koh Lipe? The possibilities are almost endless. Yoga, Qi Gong, and Thai Massage are all activities that spring to mind. But there are others too, such as underwater photography or personal fitness training that would be great here too.
We have just finished holding a Tai Chi and Martial Arts retreat for Chris Crudelli star of UK TV BBC3's 'Mind, Body and Kick Ass Martial Arts Moves'. Every morning Chris led group Tai Chi on the beach and in the afternoons he taught self defence and Thai Boxing. We built a training area and bought a load of gloves, pads and kick bags for them to train with. We found and introduced a professional Thai boxer to come and work with the group.
Its not just Thai boxers that we can find for your, we can also find teachers for Yoga, Thai Massage and Thai Cooking.
